To be eligible for NICIL Services you must be a person with a disability living in our five county region.  NICIL services Whiteside, Lee, Ogle, Carroll and JoDaviess county in Illinois.  If you do not reside in one of these counties please visit the INCIL website to find a Center for Independent Living in your area, by clicking this link.
