Join NICIL's Membership Program Today As a nonprofit organization, it is important for us to build our membership in order to continue to provide people with disabilities in our service area with the best possible services.  For the past 25 years NICIL has played a vital role in our community and 5 county service areas for people with disabilities. We continuously advocate, working closely with government officials, policy makers, and the general public, to make our communities architecturally, programmatically, and attitudinally inclusive for all people. Our programs provide people with disabilities the training; support and advocacy they need to achieve and maintain independence in the community.   A strong membership base is vital to ensure that people with disabilities continue to receive the training and support necessary to achieve and maintain independence.
